Fees.
Most tasks: $20 per hour with a minimum of $20 per incident.
By phone or pc-to-pc help would be $20 for the incident, and an additional $20 for each half hour used. Please help in shortening the time required to fix your issue by signing onto Windows Live Messenger in case pc-to-pc help is needed.
Mileage is billed at $2 per mile when picking up/dropping off/conducting house calls.
Payment is expected at time of service. Cash or PayPal preferred. Paypal is the required form of payment for by phone, pc-to-pc, and e-mail help.
